St. Bernard of Clairvaux
St. Bernard of Clairvaux (1090–1153) was a revered abbot, theologian, and Doctor of the Church whose wisdom and spiritual leadership shaped the 12th century. A powerful preacher and reformer, he played a key role in spreading devotion to Our Lady and strengthening the faith across France and Western Europe. His legacy of holiness and guidance continues to inspire the Church today. Each year, we honor his memory on August 20.

St. Bernard of Clairvaux (1090–1153AD) was a French Cistercian Abbot, reformer, preacher, mystic, miracle worker, and reconciler of heretics. He is known as the Mellifluous Doctor and is one of the last Church Fathers.
